Our fragrances are crafted using high-quality, ultra-premium oils and highly concentrated formulations. On average, our scents offer an exceptional longevity of 8 to 12 hours on skin, and even longer on clothing, keeping you fresh throughout the day.

2. Are these impressions of luxury scents?

Yes, we specialize in creating high-quality, premium impressions of established luxury scents. We match the complex notes of famous international fragrances to deliver the same rich, sophisticated experience at a fraction of the cost.

3. Do you offer free delivery?

We offer Free Delivery nationwide on all orders of Rs. 5,000 or above! For orders below Rs. 5,000, a standard shipping fee will be calculated and applied at the checkout. However, we ensure secure, fast, and reliable delivery across Pakistan.

4. How long does shipping take?

Once your order is confirmed, it usually takes 2 to 4 working days for delivery within major cities, and 4 to 7 working days for other regions across Pakistan.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for your convenience and peace of mind. You can pay in cash to the courier at the time of receiving your parcel.

6. Can I exchange or return my perfume if I don't like the scent?

Yes! We offer a 7-Day Money-Back and Exchange Warranty. If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, or if there is any issue, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to claim a hassle-free exchange or a full refund. (Note: Product should be unused or minimally tested to qualify).

7. What should I do if my bottle arrives broken or leaking?

We take utmost care in our premium packaging, but if your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery with a video/photo of the damaged package, and we will send a replacement.

8. How should I store my perfumes to maintain their quality?

To keep your fragrances smelling fresh and powerful, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes (like your bathroom). Keeping them in their original box is an ideal way to protect them.

9. Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?

Our fragrances are made with industry-standard, safe ingredients. However, if you have highly sensitive skin or specific allergies, we always recommend doing a small patch test on your inner wrist before full application.
